SETI Institute-led activities will include an exploration fair to showcase field research done in planetary analog environments to support the search for life in our Solar System and the universe. Rosalba Bonaccorsi, a SETI Institute astrobiologist, will lead an exploration trip to the Ubehebe Crater - a Mars analog site and its relation to Gale Crater on Mars.

A SETI Institute/Unistellar team led by Dr. Ian Weaver will introduce the general public to observations of our Sun at the Exploration Fair on Saturday. If the weather cooperates, there will also be night sky observations Friday and Saturday of galaxies, nebulae, and comets using the Unistellar telescopes, including the recently released ODYSSEY.
