The SETI Institute is a proud partner of the 10th annual TEDxMarin Live Filming and Community Reception on Saturday Evening Sept 14th 6pm at the College of Marin in Kentfield. 

Seth Shostak, Senior Astronomer at the SETI Institute and host of the radio program and podcast Big Picture Science will be one of the featured speakers, addressing the question, Are We Ready for What's Out There?

TEDxMarin is an official Bay Area chapter of the TED Conference, famous for its TEDTalks. 7 speakers will deliver original TEDTalks on the theme Plan B, covering a diverse set of topics including Wellness, Science, Social Bias, Purpose, Our Universe and Artificial Intelligence.
