SETI AIR SHOW: Fri, Oct 28, 2016, 11:00am – Sun, Mar 5, 2017, 5:00pm . This group exhibition features artists from the SETI Artist in Residence (AIR) program.
  The Life, the Sea and the Space Viking, trailers released
In the coming weeks, the SETI Institute will release some of the short videos and trailers developed in house at the SETI Institute by our Designer of Experiences Nelly Ben Hayoun as part of the project The Life, the Sea and the Space Viking which deals with the contemporary debates on astrobiology and terraforming.

On Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016 at 7 pm, Dr. Lynn Cominsky of Sonoma State University will give a free, illustrated, non-technical talk on: “Spacetime Symphony: Gravitational Waves from Merging Black Holes” in the Smithwick Theater at Foothill College, in Los Altos. The talk is part of the Silicon Valley Astronomy Lecture Series, now in its 17th year.
