Evo-SETI: A Model for Civilization Evolution

Join us on Wednesday, May 26 at 10:30am PDT  for a  SETI Live with Claudio Maccone, Italian astronomer and chair of the SETI Permanent Committee of the International Academy of Astronautics.

Claudio will sit down with SETI Institute Senior Astronomer, Franck Marchis, to discuss his vision of how evolutionary life processes can be modeled.  Based on a mathematical model called Evo-SETI, Claudio presents a remarkable hypotheses about the development of life and civilizations, the possibility of extraterrestrial life, and when computers will take over the reins from humanity (the singularity).
